After using a paid app to document my one-on-one Daily 5 conferencing for several years, I decided to explore some alternative methods this school year. Since I already use Trello for other things, this free app is the perfect solution to make reading data documentation easy!
Trello is a free site accessible on the internet, via mobile app (both iOS and Android), and desktop app (both PC and Mac). There is even a Chrome extension to make adding cards extremely easy!
By the way, I am in no way affiliated with Trello, nor am I being compensated for this post in any way. I’m just excited to have found this free solution to my documentation problems and really wanted to share it with you!
There are additional helpful features available on the website version. In particular, I like to have the cards sorted with the most recent conference at the top of the list so that I can quickly see where the child was at the last time we met.
Create your free account and play around with the features until you find a plan that works for you! But before you go, download a free Guided Reading Level Organizer from my Freebie Library!
